Congratulations to all who received their diplomas today at
the FAVOR Parent Leadership Training Statewide Dual Capacity Training
Graduation. The event, held at the Pond House Café in West Hartford, included
food, music (courtesy of Lara Herscovitch), and lots of smiles.
